Dear Prospective Merchant,
Junior League of The Woodlands (JLTW) is pleased to announce that this year’s Junior League Holiday Market will be held November 18-21, 2021 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in The Woodlands, Texas. Move-in dates are scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 and Thursday, November 18, with a Preview Party evening on November 18. Due to the on-going interest in Holiday Market, JLTW offers an open application process. All merchants are required to go through a jury process where all applications submitted must be accompanied by photographs of a sample item (or actual sample) and/or photographs of booth setup.
To initiate the 2021 application process, please submit an application no later than March 31, 2021. Applications are not considered complete without photos of previous booth setups, photos of items that will be sold and a paid $25 non-refundable application fee.
- To submit an application online, please first create a merchant profile. Once you are approved by our Merchant Committee, you will receive an email prompting you to submit an online application.

Holiday Market announcements, updates and other information will be sent electronically when possible to help reduce costs and expedite communicating details.
Due to future uncertainty related to COVID-19, JLTW may make determinations around required precautions to ensure the safety of our merchants, guests, sponsors and volunteers including but not limited to requiring properly worn masks and social distancing.
