Dear Prospective Merchant,

Junior League of The Woodlands (JLTW) is pleased to announce that this year’s Junior League Holiday Market will be held November 16-19, 2023 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in The Woodlands, Texas. Move-in dates are scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th and Thursday, November 16th, with a Preview Party evening on November 16th. Due to the on-going interest in Holiday Market, JLTW offers an open application process. All merchants are required to go through a jury process where all applications submitted must be accompanied by photographs of a sample item (or actual sample) and/or photographs of booth setup.

Please submit 2023 Holiday Market Merchant application by logging into your JLTW Merchant Profile here, or mailing the attached form, no later than May 31, 2023. Applications are not considered complete without photos of previous booth setups, photos of items that will be sold and a paid $25 non-refundable application fee.

Holiday Market announcements, updates and other information will be sent electronically when possible to help reduce costs and expedite communicating details.

For any  potential future pandemics , JLTW may make determinations around required precautions to ensure the safety of our merchants, guests, sponsors and volunteers including but not limited to requiring properly worn masks and social distancing.
