Holiday Market

.

For the last seventeen years, our community has come together to sip, shop and celebrate the season at our JLTW Holiday Market. Even though our current conditions may keep us from Puttin’ on the Ritz in person this year, we have every intention of serving up some holiday cheer that will raise vital funds for Junior League of The Woodlands, Inc 2020 style!

So many of our neighbors in South Montgomery County, around Texas and throughout the World have been deeply affected by the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. In light of the ongoing pandemic, we made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 JLTW,  in-person Holiday Market event. This decision was rooted in preserving the health and safety of everyone involved with the event, but also to redirect our attention to the very serious matter of serving those most in need in our community.

For thirty years, Junior League of The Woodlands has worked tirelessly to provide relief to those in need. Millions of area residents and dozens of local agencies have benefitted from the support of our organization.

While we are not able to offer you a traditional weekend of shopping and socializing, we desperately need your help to meet the needs of so many who are hurting right now. With the Holiday Season upon us, we ask that you please consider converting your would-be ticket price (and potentially the price of entry for your best friend or family member) into a direct donation so that Junior League of The Woodlands is able to continue our important works throughout the community.

On behalf of the 2020 Holiday Market Co-Chairs, Meagan Kamerbeek and Emily LaFleur, as well as the entire planning committee, please accept our sincere gratitude for your support of this event and the community programs that you are directly impacting through your donation. We will offer additional Holiday Market opportunities for giving this fall including a Silent Auction November 16-22 and an online Marketplace to secure your annual Radko keepsake ornament starting October 12th.  We can’t wait to share more!

You are in our thoughts and prayers as we continue to navigate these very uncertain times.

Warm regards,
Jennifer Sheehan
