Although it doesn’t seem possible, the statistics for literacy right here in Houston are staggering. Our Literacy Carnival program aims to make these statistics a thing of the past. Look for opportunities this fall to attend a FREE Literacy Carnival hosted by Junior League of The Woodlands.
