The InSTEP (In Support of Teen Empowerment and Progress) Committee supports youth and teens in our community to develop mental health resilience, life skills, self-esteem and a feeling of belonging and inclusion. InSTEP provides service, resources and support to key community partners serving the teen population of our area, partnering with agencies such as Love Fosters Hope, Yes to Youth, and Giving Gown Foundation. InSTEP also coordinates The Period Project, JLTW’s initiative to address period poverty by providing period supplies to school districts in our service area.
