Thank you for your interest in joining Junior League of The Woodlands (JLTW)! We are an organization of women throughout North Harris and Montgomery counties committed to advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

Women are invited to join at any life stage if they have the willingness to serve the communities and continue to grow their own leadership potential through JLTW. Our Members are doctors, lawyers, moms, teachers, Veterans, grandmothers, first-generation Americans, entrepreneurs, students, retirees, and everything in-between.

Eligibility Requirements

To join Junior League of the Woodlands, a prospective Member must demonstrate an interest in volunteering, and show a commitment to community service. Prospective Members must be 22 years old by May 31st of the year they join, be a legal resident of the Greater Houston Metropolitan area, and attend one information session. A sponsor is not required to join.

 

Time Commitment

  • Monthly General Membership Meetings
  • Monthly New Member Education and Training Meetings in the evening
  • Complete the required number volunteer shifts (including those at the annual Holiday Market)
  • Service opportunities available during the day and evening hours
  • More information and specifics will be made available at a Prospective Member Information Session
